Shipping & Return Policies
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on new, full price, designer items only. Items must be unworn, clean, with the tags attached, in the condition it was received. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the following: vintage clothing, beauty & apothecary, artwork, music, and printed material.
Vintage and one of a kind garments are not new and will often come with small imperfections such as snags & light wear. We do our best to accurately describe all items. If you have questions about fit or condition, please contact us directly.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on any cosmetic, beauty or health item.
If a return is desired on applicable merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of the receipt of your order with the order # and reason for return. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Once your return has been received, we will credit your account the total amount minus shipping cost within 7 business days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority and carry a tracking & delivery confirmation number.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class.
First Matter is not responsible for uninsured or unregistered packages.
Heavier items such as objects and artwork may require additional shipping fees.
